Dear Father in Heaven,
We enter this week with a grateful heart for Your love, strength and guidance. Lord, we don’t know the challenges and uncertainties this week may bring, but we also know that through you all things are possible. So God we lift up our hearts to you and ask that again you would fill us with your divine courage. Remind us God that we serve a God of abundance for you are the maker and provider of all things so strengthen our faith (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen our faith and remind us of your promises when doubts arise.
Give us strength to meet adversity with grace and determination, knowing that you are at your side. Increase our knowledge so that we can see Your plan for our life recognizing that it is better than any we could craft for ourselves. Grant us the wisdom to be able to discern your will and courage in following it even when it needs us to step outside our comfort zones.
Lord, give us the bravery to stand up for what is right, to speak truth in love, and to truly be a light in a world that sometimes feels very dark. Fill us with your Holy Spirit so that we may have strength to overcome our fears and our insecurities.
Let your peace, which exceeds all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Teach us to cast all of our care upon you, knowing that you care because we are your care (1 Peter 5:7).
So Lord, we are thankful for the courage that we gain through your relationship with us and that you would continue to give us the strength to live boldly and faithfully on this daily journey.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen

Dear God,
As we celebrate the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King, we remember his tireless dedication to justice, equality, and peace. Lord, we acknowledge that he was a vessel of your love and grace, inspiring countless individuals to stand up against injustice and discrimination.
We thank you, Lord, for the dream he shared with the world, a dream of a future where all people are judged not by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. We pray that we may carry this dream in our hearts and work towards a society where equality and justice prevail.
We ask for your guidance, Lord, as we strive individually and collectively to continue the work that Dr. King started. Help us to be instruments of reconciliation and healing in a world divided by prejudice and hatred. May we remember his legacy and the sacrifices he made for the cause of justice.
Lord, grant us the strength to speak out against injustice, the wisdom to promote understanding, and the courage to work towards a more equitable society. Let us remember that love is the most powerful force for change, just as Dr. King taught us.
We pray for those who continue to face discrimination and injustice today. May they find hope and solace in the legacy of Dr. King and the knowledge that there are people who stand with them in the fight for justice.
Lord, as we remember Dr. King, we also remember your call for us to love one another and to seek justice. May we honor his memory by living out these principles in our lives, and may his dream of a better world become a reality.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Holy Father
Thanks for the gift of another week. Thanks for the gift of life and for the provision to serve you for yet another week.
Lord, we know and understand that challenges may befall us, setbacks may be experienced, moments of despair may come our way. But God we remain faithful to your promise of hope, redemption, and transformation. For Your word proclaims in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."
Father we therefore pray for the infusion of renewed hope trust and faith in your loving plan for each one of us in the week ahead. Help us to let go of the burdens from the past week, mistakes that we may have done and past wounds that hinder us to live in your fullness. Forgive us and give us your grace to cleanse us from our sins.
As we enter into the week ahead, we stand on your promise of new beginnings knowing you as the author and finisher of our faith.
Give us courage as we step into the path you have laid out for us, confident of your unfailing love and guidance. Lead us by your Holy Spirit with wisdom of mind, discernment, and strength.
Lord we pray for the needy, for people who are facing health challenges, joblessness, people who are homeless or in prison and those who may just be in a state of despair. We pray for the young, the elderly, and those who may be lonely. We pray for those in influential positions, help them to know that with their power comes the duty to use it to make this world, a better place for all. Comfort those who are at the brink of giving up. May they find comfort in your love and grace. Help us to commit our lives to you, our dreams and aspirations trusting you will make all things new.
This is our prayer which we offer in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ who is the ultimate source of hope and grace.

God our hearts are filled with gratitude and humility, recognizing the profound truth in the words of your son Jesus.
Repent, for the Kingdom of God is at Hand. Lord we understand that through repentance we can turn our hearts and
minds toward you and seek a deeper understanding of your love and guidance.
Through your grace and redemptive power God, you offer us the chance to transform our lives by changing our minds,
by turning away from our old ways and embracing your path of righteous. We acknowledge our mistakes, Lord and ask
for your forgiveness. Help us to sincerely repent for our shortcomings and to have the strength to walk in your ways.
We are aware, O Lord, that your kingdom is near at hand it is a present reality, waiting for us to embrace through
repentance and a renewed commitment to living according to your will. May your Kingdom be manifested in our hearts
and minds, and may we be instruments of your love and grace in this world
Grant us the wisdom to recognize the areas in our lives where we need to change and the determination to turn to you
and away from sin. Let your Holy Spirit guide and transform us so that we can continue to grow to become more like you
with each passing day.
Lord, as we repent and seek your forgiveness, fill us with your light and love, let us shine as beacons of hope so we too
can help in the transformation of this world that so desperately needs your heavenly transformation. Help us show
others the way to your kingdom through our actions, words and deeds. Let your let shine on this world, let us be a living
testimony of your love and your Kingdom. Give us the courage and boldness to spread the good news of your love to all
men, women and children. This we pray through your son Jesus Christ.
